Calling all Seers & Prophets - it's time to ARISE!
I’ve been writing a few new books that will be out in the next few months. As I’ve been praying and really pressing in, I felt it was important to especially remind the Seers (prophets, visionaries, dreamers) to man their appointed posts. God has given you divine insight to the heavenly realms, and you being in your position (post) is so critical to receive the insight He wants to say and show you.
We have to have our Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, and Teachers rise up and be positioned. I believe that in the coming weeks of 2017 you will see Daniel 2:20 come to pass, where God removes judges and kings and leaders, and replaces them. If we are properly positioned, we will be able to serve as God establishes governmental rods of authority and the Kingdom alignment needed in this hour. We are in a true battle against the forces of darkness, and we must be equipped and ready for what’s to come.
There is a verse that has been weighing heavily on me, and I have been meditating on it over and over recently. Here’s what the Father showed me in a vision and through His word:
“And the spirit of the LORD shall rest upon him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the LORD.” Isaiah 11:2 (AMP)
This verse speaks about Jesus coming as Messiah, and how the Spirit of the Lord will rest on Him, equipping Him to establish righteousness on the earth. Jesus spoke of how we as His saints are called to do even greater works than He did. While reading through this passage of scripture, I really feel like the Lord is wanting to place this mantle on us and equip us to bring in the harvest.
Those who are led by the Spirit walk by the Spirit. The Lord's mantle and mandate have been laying heavily on the Seers and Prophets. Many have been holding back or waiting, and sadly too many have given up or have been shut down by other people or even ministries. But now is the time to ARISE, sons and daughters of Issachar. Heaven’s army invades your spirit this day with prophetic Revelation for you to take to the nations.
In the Spiritual realm, the flow of the prophetic from heaven to earth is described as two streams, and as these streams come together, it’s like a collision. The collision of earth (natural) and heaven (supernatural) causes many degrees and dimensions of the prophetic and seer giftings to form, as these gifts are focused on heavenly insight being released on earth.
God has called us to walk by faith and not by sight. The Familiar Spirit (a demonic spirit) will have you see through the telescope lens of the carnal eye, which is a limited, earthly viewpoint. God called us to walk by sight like in Genesis 3, where Adam and Eve walked everyday with God. Although they could perceive their surroundings with their eyes, they were led by God himself. They stepped out of what was “the natural” to them (which we would consider the supernatural) until they sinned, and then their eyes were opened. Although their eyes were opened in one sense, it was like their eyes were actually shut once they sinned, because now the supernatural wasn’t part of “the natural” to them any longer. They couldn’t live in the world God had created for them, as sin shattered that.
Can you imagine being like Adam and Eve – being able to see and abide with the Father every day, with the scope of your lens being 20/20 vision? You would see the angels and it wasn’t crazy; it was commonplace. Colors would be more vibrant and alive to you. Your entire perspective would shift focus. In the spiritual realm, God has recently allowed me to see through the lenses of His eyes, His life. I’ve been writing and meditating on the tree of life, and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. As I was praying aloud, “Father, what was that like?”, all the sudden I saw a vision of the trees in the garden, and life coming in the trees. I saw surges of light flowing through the trees, similar to how our blood flows through our veins under a microscope are alive, and how cells move through the blood stream. It was and still is mind-blowing. We as God’s children are called to be seers and knowers of our times, and we need to understand just how complex we are. After all, we are made in the image of God himself.
According to Strong’s Concordance, the Old Testament uses two words primarily to refer to a seer: ra’ah and chozeh. Ra’ah literally means “to see”, and chozeh means “a beholder in vision”, and focuses on the experience by which a prophet or seer perceives the message.
“Where there is no vision [no revelation of God and His word], the people are unrestrained; but happy and blessed is he who keeps the law [of God].” Proverbs 29:18 (AMP)
Clarity of vision is essential – in this case, we are referring to spiritual vision. Without a clear revelation or vision, there’s no guidance. Without the guidance of the Holy Spirit who was sent as our Helper, we can become unteachable and miss out on the fullness of life and freedom that Christ gave His very life for.
“Brothers and sisters, I do not consider that I have made it my own yet; but one thing I do: forgetting what lies behind and reaching forward to what lies ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the [heavenly] prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus. All of us who are mature [pursuing spiritual perfection] should have this attitude. And if in any respect you have a different attitude, that too God will make clear to you. 16 Only let us stay true to what we have already attained.” Philippians 3:13-16 (AMP)
This passage in Philippians is one so many of us have leaned on when we’ve faced hardships in life, and the perseverance to press on toward the goal can only be attained when we have clarity and focused vision from the Lord. If you are facing hardships or impossible circumstances in your life right now, it may be time to adjust your focus. It is time to clothe yourselves with Christ (Galatians 3:27) and allow Him to show you what your circumstances looks like through His perfect 20/20 lenses. He will give you the strength to keep fighting into victory!
This is our time, church! Arise up, Prophets and Seers the Knowers of our time!
Til the end,
