We Must Ride Like Thunder Across This Nation

There is a fierce fire that burns within all of our hearts, and the embers of this fire must be stirred to burn like a furnace. We must rise up and be the champions of our families, cities and our nations, blazing like torches for His Glory as we continue to see the lands of our forefathers restored. They are our inheritance, our birthright.

Darkness eats at the very fabric of the tapestry that we see before us. The enemy may look as though he is winning, but he is NOT! Many Saints have been in such a battle; I see the battle of the mind is under greater attack, like never before. I wrote a word on the spirit of Leviathan last year, it still holds till this day.

Psalms 74:13-14 says,

“It was you who split open the [Red] sea by your power;

You broke the heads of the monster in the waters.

It was you who crushed the heads of Leviathan

And gave it as food to the creatures of the desert.”

In these two key verses, the Father is highlighting the heads for us – not one head, but the multiple heads of the monster. I believe many people are under intense attacks on the battlefields of their minds. Similar to the heads of the monster described in Psalms, the attacks are not just coming from a single direction, but from multiple sides simultaneously. Warriors, I want to say to you, “You are not alone”. These battles we have faced are for a season, and are coming to an end.

There is great power in our unity, and I believe joining together will be the key to unlock victory in battle and annihilation of darkness. In the spirit, I hear the sound of the horse gate opening. This sound has always felt like a call-to-action in my spirit; that warriors are rising up to answer the call, and are entering the battle like war horses.

Zechariah 10:3-5 (NIV) is a powerful example of what I feel in my spirit:

For the Lord Almighty will care for his flock, the people of Judah, and make them like a proud horse in battle. From Judah will come the cornerstone, from him the tent peg, from him the battle bow, from him every ruler.

Together they will be like warriors in battle trampling their enemy into the mud of the streets. They will fight because the Lord is with them, and they will put the enemy horsemen to shame.

I love the way Zechariah 10:6 reads in the Amplified version:

“I will strengthen the house of Judah [making it superior], and I will save the house of Joseph. I will restore them, I will bring them back. For I am the Lord their God, and I will listen and answer them, because I have compassion on them.”

He makes us like His royal horses, horses for battle, and our unity with the Lord and each other will trample down the attacks of the enemy!

It's time to roar over this nation in our prayers and declarations, for the Lion of the tribe of Judah roars and rides before us. Legions and legions of angels wait anxiously to be summoned by us; without their help and the weapons they carry, we will not be able to defeat the dark-winged ones.

I tell you by the King, the Lion of Judah, that a new horizon is in scope, and there is a beacon of hope.

Many have felt for months and months now the testing from God, but I tell you this: He will place us in the fire like a blacksmith places steel into the furnace. God is using the purifying fires of our trials to forge a weapon within each one of us, and this is our time. We will rise up, we will take every gate at every city, because the lion roars for justice over the land.

I hear the Father calling out, “Who will go?”, and I hear us responding, “We will go, Lord!”, because it is the power of the Holy Spirit through God's Holy Word that gives us the strength and courage. We will raise our voices together and declare our victory songs. Once released, a sound will resound around the world, and they will know that we are coming. It will be the enemy’s ear to the ground as he hears us thunder across the land, because the gates of the horses have opened!

Who will stand with us and rise up?! Our ears are listening, we hear the enemy’s horses coming, and as with Joshua 11:6, The Lord said, “Do not be afraid…”! For the Father will annihilate them all! Saddle up and let’s get ready to ride!

Till the end,

Angela
